Question:
I received an email this morning regarding an answer to my previous question. No answer was found. My previous question is below. Can someone contact me please

Hello,

I need to find a home for my dog Beau
Beau is approx 6 years old. He is a Papillion Cross Terrier. Weight approx 7kg Beau is desexed, micro-chipped & vaccinated Beau needs to find a new home to someone without kids. (He has shown aggression towards kids) Preferably suited to an older person who wants companionship We have had Beau since he was 6 months old. We found him at the RSPCA. He can be quite shy / timid towards strangers He is well trained, eats well and loves a daily walk

I can be contacted on my mobile number 0409-240-473 or return email

Regards
David Hoddinett
Answer:

Hi Danielle
Unfortunately we have 2 mummy cats and a mummy to be plus heaps of kittens at the moment so we are over flowing at the moment because it's cat season. Have you tried Cat Rescue?

Question:
Hi I was wondering how long you can store made up wombaroo in the refridgerator before it has to be thrown out
Answer:
Prepared milk may be stored frozen for up to 2 weeks. Small volumes may be stored by freezing in ice cube trays. Milk that has been thawed should be remixed before use but not refrozen.

Just in the fridge I would only keep 24 hours but check with a professional I am only asuming it would loose the vitamins after this period.

Question:
Hello,
I am really interested in becoming a foster carer. The only problem is that I live in an apartment. Would it be possible to foster small dogs or cats, or is a yard a necessary requirement for a carer?

Thanks!
Answer:
Hi Maddy,

Just because you live in an apartment doesn't mean that it's impossible for you to become a carer.

It's probably best to give us a call when you have a chance and we can have a chat about the options.

Question:
Hey, I am looking for a part-time job in animal care and I am really interested in Paws n Hooves. I was curious though, what do the carers there do? Do you spend much time with the animals? I also read that work here is volentary, is everyone a volenteer or do some people get paid?

Also I had a look at some of the animals here, they are so cute!
Answer:
Sorry there is no paid work

Question:
We are interested in adopting a dog for a suburban home. We have browsed through the dogs on the website but feel it will be nicer to meet the dogs before we decide on one to join our familiy. Basically is there a way to arrange to meet some of the animals under a persons care? And where are the foster homes located?
Thanks
Answer:
Hi Andy If you go on the site and see a dog you like : click on the photo and it will open a screen with the carers name and number. Ring the carer and make an appointment.

Question:
I have a 4yr old persian X female cat that needs a rescuer asap.I took her in to assist someone that needed a hand re-homing her and he has now disappeared and this great little cat needs to go as I already have 4 of my own. Please point me in the right direction to move this cat as I don't want to place her in a shelter without a "No Kill Policy". She is chipped and desexed but requires a heap of dental work.
Answer:
The only thing we can offer at the moment is to advertise her on our site as a private addoption as we are full at the moment. Please email me to let us know what you want to do
